I wrote minimalism and productivity into this title because I think they go hand in hand. When we cut back the clutter in our life we can focus on the more important things to us. This in turn helps us be more productive towards those things.
I’m really passionate about spending your time and money wisely, growing as a person (especially us millennials) and working towards goals and dreams. This topic seemed to fit a lot of those things and was something I wanted to write for you guys.

As incredibly fun it is to add a filter to your picture, write a funny caption, and watch all your friends share in the liking of this moment in time, it’s also incredibly pointless. (Sorry I’m starting this article like ripping off a band aid.) I believe social media started with a pure heart, and though there are some good things it can be used for, like anything else, without moderation it turns bad really quick. If you’ve ever felt like you were thrown into adulthood without a single instruction guide or road map to show you the way, don’t worry, you’re not alone. I’m banking on the fact that we are all just wandering around winging it and hoping it turns out okay. In some parts of life, that strategy can get you by just fine, other times you need to learn a bit of offense.

Greg and I have only been married for a couple years but still I have fallen in love with the adventure that marriage is. The pointless fights, and the meaningful ones. The starting of traditions, the molding of old ones. Gift giving, gift getting. ;) Making a grocery list that doesn’t just have your favorites on there but theirs too. Laughing really hard laying in bed making shadow puppets when you should both be sleeping. And my favorite one, jumping on the nicest bed you’ve slept on during your honeymoon.
